OUTBOUND FREIGHT (RETURN AFTER THE SHOW)

If you require assistance returning freight after show close, D&B will collect your items from the show floor and transport them to our warehouse for carrier pickup.

Return Transport (Show to Warehouse)

  • $165 per standard pallet

  • $35 per loose carton

Post-Show Handling & Custody Fee

  • $95 per exhibitor

Includes:

  • End-of-show coordination

  • Freight consolidation (Gaylord / pallet staging)

  • Intake documentation

  • Up to 72-hour holding

  • Carrier release supervision

Storage (If Needed)

Includes up to 72 hours from show close.

After 72 hours:

  • $15 per carton per day

  • $50 per pallet per day

Important

  • Exhibitor must complete the Post-Show Freight Form prior to show close

  • Exhibitor is responsible for scheduling their own carrier

  • Carrier freight charges are not included

  • D&B is not responsible for carrier delays once freight is released and scanned

Domestic & International Shipping Available

We provide freight quotes for:

  • Domestic U.S. shipments

  • International shipments

  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight

  • Pallets, crates, cartons, and mixed shipments

Important: Accuracy of Shipment Information

Freight carriers (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and other LTL carriers) re-weigh and re-measure all shipments.

Shipping rates are based on:

  • Actual weight

  • Dimensional weight (DIM weight)

  • Freight classification

  • Accessorial services (liftgate, residential, limited access, etc.)

If the dimensions or weight provided are incorrect, the carrier will issue billing adjustments after pickup.


Shipping Accuracy & Authorization Policy

By submitting a Freight Quote Request:

  • You certify that all weights, dimensions, and shipment details are accurate.

  • You understand that carriers will verify all shipment data.

  • You accept full financial responsibility for any carrier adjustments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • You authorize D&B Rental Displays to charge the credit card on file for any additional carrier charges, reclassification fees, dimensional weight corrections, liftgate fees, residential surcharges, redelivery fees, limited access fees, address corrections, or related freight adjustments.

Failure to provide accurate shipment information may result in delivery delays and additional charges.
