FAQ - Before You Ship

Q: What are the delivery days and time windows for advance freight?

A- Advance freight deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Any shipments sent outside of this window may not be received.

Q- Is the warehouse temperature-controlled?

A-The facility is moderate, dry, and stable. It is not refrigerated. If your items require cooler storage or special handling, note it in “Special Instructions.”

Q- Receiving window?

A- We can receive Feb 5, 2026 through Mar 2, 2026. Up to 28 days of storage is included.

Q- Insurance?

A- D&B and Frenchie Logistics are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Ensure your carrier provides coverage for the full declared value.

Q- Deliveries to the venue?

A- Deliveries to the venue are scheduled for Wed, Mar 5, 2026 (8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) directly to your booth.

Q- Can I ship smaller packages instead of pallets?

 A- Yes — clearly mark each box with your company name and booth number. Small parcels (under 25 lb) are accepted and billed as part of your standard receiving fee.
